An organisation for eg. "The Peoples Awareness Group" decides to involve the general public & the leading Political Parties in discussions about any or all the political parties. The parties publish their aims & achievements etc. The political analyst analyses various pros & cons of the party. The public can also participate by giving their own opinion, comment on the information provided by the party or comment on the analysis provided by the Analyst. The discussions are managed in a manner so as to maintain an identity with reference to the topic.

It is used to create:

1. A section (eg. Catalogue of parties) where the Political Analyst gives his views about each of the leading parties. This is an area for the Analyst only.


2. Different sections for the exclusive use of the various parties. Here the party spokesperson publishes all information about his party only.


3. Public zones, where the public can participate by expressing their ideas.


4. Remarks on specific pages (pagelets in Pantoto terminology) either by the public or the Analyst as & when information is published.


5. Separate sections, areas or categories to accommodate all the above.


6. Access levels to enable authorised users to Read/Write as the case may be.
